Overnight care is quieter work, and it matters enormously to families who cannot rest otherwise.
What the role involves
- Assistance with toileting and repositioning
- Reassurance for clients living with dementia
- Keeping a clear record of the night
You must be comfortable staying awake and alert through the shift.
