From first call to first visit

Four steps, and you can stop at any one of them.

1. Contact Velora

Call, email, or fill out a short form. You'll speak with a care coordinator who will ask what's going on and what kind of help would actually make a difference, no scripts, no pressure.

2. Free In-Home Assessment

We come to your home. This isn't a sales visit. It's how we understand your space, your routine, and what matters most before recommending anything.

3. Personalized Care Plan

A registered nurse builds a care plan specifically around what we learned during the assessment. It's not a standard package. It's built for your situation.

4. Care Begins

Services typically begin within 24–48 hours of your assessment. There's no minimum number of hours required, so care can start small and grow if your needs do.
