Personal care and companionship in clients’ homes across Lincoln, with the same clients wherever possible.
As a caregiver you support people to stay safe, comfortable and independent at home. Day to day that means personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and real conversation.
What the role involves
- Bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility support
- Meal preparation and medication reminders
- Companionship and keeping the home comfortable
- Reporting changes to the RN who oversees the care plan
What we look for
- Reliability above all else
- Patience and genuine warmth
- Willingness to complete background screening before starting
Experience helps, but attitude matters more. Training is provided.
